Monday this week meant we were receiving our pilot system and chiller. We had the tractor available to move the items off trucks and over to the garage door. Getting the items into the building was another story and took some thinking. At the end of the day we were able to get the brew system inside on a dolly, then when in place, we put the castors on. Daren has spent many hours cleaning, investigating and ultimately learning all the components of the system. The chiller came in two parts, the outside condensing unit and the tank and pump on a pallet. The tank and pump will live on top of our walk in cooler while the condensing unit will be installed outside on a stand.
