We continue to rough in the mechanicals, install some windows and get a ton of septic tanks!
Well, it certainly hasn't been the fastest build, but we are doing what we can with todays construction environment. And, it has been a strange time to build; contractors are short staffed, everyday items are oddly hard to get, and inflation has prices on the rise, a lot. We have been coping as best we can, so that we can make the project come to fruition. We are, however, super thankful to the contractors who continue to show up, continue to have a positive attitude, and to continue to care about the project. We are grateful for all of the hard work that will go into making this amazing community space. We've battled deliveries of our septic tanks, but they are all in. Our civil engineer did a great job clumping them together and our excavation contractor finalized the work by making the grading pretty. We have a small footprint to fit a building, all the parking, storm water, and septic tanks, all without encroaching on a 2nd class wetland. Go...
